Occasionally an issue comes up with a customer where we need to know the volume serial identifier on your GenSmarts CD. Here's how you find that:

1) Insert your GenSmarts CD into your CD drive. Ignore or cancel any automated pop up that results.

2) Using Window's MY COMPUTER function, right click on the CD drive where you inserted your GenSmarts CD and select PROPERTIES.

3) On the General tab, at the top you should find an 8 character identifier that starts with GS, with the remaining 6 characters being numbers and letters. This is the volume serial number of your CD.
