I have just installed FTM 2010. I haven't deleted 09 yet. When GenSmarts is gathering my information, which version is it using - or does it matter?

It defaults to opening the last file you used with GenSmarts, which is probably the file you were using with FTM 09. Use the top line, FILE...OPEN... to open whichever FTM file you want it to use, and then it will default to that one each subsequent time you run GenSmarts.

The name of the file being used is in the GenSmarts window title, and also shown on the MyGenealogyFile tab.
