Occasionally, we get a question about a bad "echo" on the training videos on the GenSmarts CD, or a comment that it "sounds like it's playing double". This was a bit baffling to figure out, since it occurred so rarely... but the solution turned out to be simple... when you click on the button to play a training video, just click it once. If you "double click" it, you'll actually be starting two copies of the same video running, a few milliseconds apart.
