After downloading, I get an error message when I try to install. I have downloaded from two different sites and downloaded four times - and have the same issue - anyone else run in to this? Theories on how to get past? Of course it has overwritten my original installation, so I no longer have a working version. Error message is "GSVERIFY.EXE has encountered a problem". I have a high speed connection - and have not had reliability issues with downloads.

Problem turned out to be that the install was being attempted on a Mac(with Virtual PC) and not a PC. Virtual PC's emulation just isn't good enough to support GenSmarts.

Multiple users have reported success with running GenSmarts on a Mac with Parallels.

Unrelated to this problem, but another question that pops up occasionally about GSVerify.exe.... there is a bug in some of the virus/spyware packages that causes a "false positive" on this module. Contact your virus/spyware vendor for a fix is you receive an objection from their product to this module.

As what GSVerify.exe does for you is optional, you can ignore any errors or warnings and the installation will probably proceed successfully.
