Hi i am having a problem downloading your manual. When i right click to save as, there is no data being transfered, like it might be that there is no data on your server. Have download the new Adobe and etc. NEED HELP THANKS,,,,,,,,,

Assuming you're using a modem, I'd suggest you use a download manager that will be a bit more patient and persistent at transferring the file. See http://www.GenSmarts.com/installFAQ.asp for a link to the one we use (look in the question regarding download difficulty...)
