To Do list (census)

Currently if an individual's record includes a census event, GenSmarts seems to not suggest searching that year's census, which makes sense. However, in such case if there is still missing data (such as no parents place of birth) then maybe there should be some type of checkbox which causes such items to show up again in the To Do list.

In my case, when someone gets too distant from my blood relations, I stop entering their parents, etc. So for example I have Lucy and her 1880 census event as a daughter in IL, but I haven't entered her parent's info. And I probably won't, but it seems like a simple and potentially useful checkbox for some situations (for example in my case I might enable such checkbox if I also had the direct ancestors checkbox enabled).
