A couple of bug fixes/small enhancements:
1) Heritage Quest access wasn't recognizing prior log in
2) Updated Kentucky Marriages links at Ancestry.com
3) Updated North Carolina Marriages links at Ancestry.com
4) Question marks are now ignored in place names
5) Contents in brackets [] are now considered in place name resolution
