Added Ancestry.com's new 1861 UK census.
Cleaned up several Ancestry.com integration links that had broken over the past 6 weeks as they made changes. Mostly state level marriage/birth/death stuff.
Added support for "backwards" names in PAF (e.g. /Surname/Given format)
