Fixed WBTRV32.DLL error
Improved country parsing a bit, which should help with some "false positive" suggestions. Example... a place name of "Somewhere out east per Mildred" will no longer get resolved as PERU (PER is the abbreviation for PERU). Often times this would show up as strange immigration suggestions.
