GenSmarts Optional Forum

GenSmarts forum is an optional public discussion forum where users can post questions and discussion features. Anyone can read the forum - just ignore the place to type in your username and password and access the forum. If you would like to post in the forum, you'll have to register by assigning yourself with a username and password.

Most often when we get requests from users who don't remember their username and password to access the forum, it's because they have never created a username (e.g. registered for forum access). If you want to post in the forum, and can't remember if you have a login name or not... chances are you haven't registered yet - PLEASE simply try creating a username first before emailing us and asking that we look it up. If you get an error saying that the email address you're trying to register with the forum is already in use - that's an indication that you have, in fact, already assigned yourself a username. Drop us an email to "support at GenSmarts.com" and we'll help you recover your username.

Assigning yourself a username and password, using the forum, browsing the forum - these are all optional and not necessary to get the full function of GenSmarts. These things are also all unrelated to the activation name/key you're assigned when you purchase downloadable version of GenSmarts.
